Valerie, also someone who worked with many of our team members in the past, was seeking a position that would offer a strong work/life balance so that she would have plenty of time with her (then) newborn baby girl while doing the work she loved. That is exactly what she found at ATS and she joined the ATS family in October 2018! Holding a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Clarion University, she has extensive recruiting and human resources experience. She helps all new staff through their onboarding training process, and provides guidance to staff working through their RBT journey.  She, her husband, her adorable daughter and their pug Herman live in Westmoreland County, PA.

Fun Fact(s) About Valerie: Where do we begin? Valerie is a LOT of fun! She likes to travel with her family - anywhere they can bike, camp, paddle board, kayak, climb, or hike, they are down for it! She is a pescatarian (vegan at times), makes her own dog food, LOVES being a mom, and her favorite season is summer.
