Join us in improving access to ABA for all! It is a moment we have been waiting for ... the BAT Act has been introduced and released by Representative Tom Mehaffie in the House of Representatives. Join us on October 23rd at the Capitol Steps and Rotunda in Harrisburg:

Please join us for the Rally and Press Conference and speak directly with the 106 co-sponsors of this bill. Have your voice HEARD! This critical and long overdue legislation will expand ABA services in PA and establish well-defined standards for those claiming to be qualified behavior analysts practicing ABA across the state. Licensure will allow behavior analysts access to join treatment teams for the care of patients. Allowing the application of ABA for the benefit of children and adults with autism, those with intellectual disabilities, and many other serious health conditions that affect our most vulnerable: seniors, veterans battling PTSD, or those struggling with addiction to name a few.
