Achieving True Self is excited to be bringing its in-home and community services to counties across Pennsylvania for families enrolled with Medicaid! Our initial plans for expansion include Allegheny, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Westmoreland, and will soon thereafter include York and Lancaster. Families who carry commercial coverage only may already qualify to receive our services.
