Andrea joined Achieving True Self in October 2024 as an Intake and Referral Specialist, bringing with her over a decade of experience in healthcare and a deep passion for serving the behavioral health community. Andrea began her career at Hackensack Meridian Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey, where she spent nearly 10 years in healthcare operations and earned her Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification through the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She later transitioned into behavioral health, working for seven years with a South Orange, NJ agency -- Jespy House -- supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, managing state benefits and administrative operations for residential and community-based services. After relocating to Maryland, Andrea continued her healthcare journey as a Financial Clearance Specialist with the University of Maryland Medical System at the Kaufman Cancer Center. Missing the connection and purpose she found in behavioral health, Andrea knew immediately that ATS was the right fit — and we couldn’t be happier to have her as part of our team. Andrea lives in Harford County, MD.

Fun Fact(s) About Andrea: She is a proud Jersey girl with lots of spice, a great sense of humor, and definite “life of the party” energy. She loves dancing, watching movies, and experimenting with new recipes. Family time is her favorite — especially when it includes cooking, dancing, and competitive Uno games! A self-proclaimed foodie who loves discovering new restaurants with her husband, Andrea is also a devoted dog mom to Pepper, her spicy 4-lb Shih Tzu–Pomeranian mix, who clearly prefers Andrea’s husband — but Andrea loves her fiercely anyway
