Grant joined Progress City in May 2023, and moved together with his coworkers to ATS in September 2024 when both entities joined forces. Since February 2014, Grant has worked in behavioral facilities, hospitals, a behavioral support school, and as a Supports Coordinator for waivers in OLTL and ODP in Pennsylvania. He has experienced difficult work in mental/behavioral health, and come out with a passion for doing what he can to support the end of the need for such high needs, and utilize the latter half of his work experience running behavioral classrooms and Supports Coordination to support the staff. Grant firmly believes that supporting staff, both in facilitating growth and supporting their needs, is the key to creating lasting change in this field and meanwhile key to great support to those we serve. Grant earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. From there, his education has been further supported through experience in the field. Grant lives in the South Hills of Allegheny County with his wife and one cat.
