This page will remain as a permanent page on our website, as our "Janny" (as we affectionately called her) -- a part of this company since day one -- was so very fortunately a permanent part of our lives and our hearts.

Janice was a part of ATS since its inception. She had over 20 years of experience working for behavioral health providers, providing both administrative leadership and revenue cycle support. More than that, at our company and as a dear friend, she was “our glue.” She enjoyed the challenges that came with learning new skills or concepts through innovative systems, and loved being a part of an organization that changes lives for children and adults with disabilities and/or neurodiversity. Prior to working within the field, Janice worked for nearly a decade providing exceptional customer service through a leading national bank.

Janice was a proud single mother of three and grandmother to many, residing in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. She is now dancing in Heaven with her dear daughter, Shannon (whose death preceded hers) and wearing a lei and bathing suit, tossing a Pittsburgh Penguins beach towel on a nearby chair, holding a fruity beverage, being surrounded by tropical flowers that she loved from the beaches she frequented.

We will deeply miss her kindness, her laughter, her friendship, and her loud opinions (it's ok to laugh; she would want you to).
