Katie Baker joined ATS in May 2026 as a Billing Specialist. She brings more than 15 years of experience working with children and families as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Throughout her career, Katie enjoyed helping children build skills, gain confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones while partnering closely with families and other professionals.

After many years providing direct services, Katie was excited for the opportunity to continue supporting children and families in a new way through her role on the ATS billing team. Her background in healthcare services, documentation, and billing processes allows her to help ensure providers and families receive the support they need behind the scenes. Katie enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and finding solutions that help things run smoothly.

Katie resides in Irwin, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Wayne, their two children, Sam and Olivia, and their two dogs, Cooper and Maple.

Fun Fact(s) About Katie: When she is not working, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her family. She is an avid beekeeper and loves caring for her honey bees. She also enjoys horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, and baking. One of her favorite family activities is traveling and exploring new places together. Whether she's tending to her beehives, planning the next adventure, or cheering on her kids, Katie enjoys staying busy and making the most of every season of life.
