Madison Smith is a Speech-Language Pathologist at our Irwin Center for Achievement. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Madison is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Madison’s connection to us began before she became a speech-language pathologist. She previously worked with ATS as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving her firsthand experience supporting individuals and families through ABA services. In September 2026, Madison returned “home” to ATS, bringing her education, experience, and passion for communication to the team in a new capacity as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Her unique background allows Madison to bring an interdisciplinary perspective to her work and a strong understanding of the value of collaboration across services. She is excited to once again be part of the ATS family while helping individuals strengthen their communication skills, confidence, and independence. Madison lives in Western Pennsylvania.
