Melissa came to us in the summer of 2025 to join the scheduling team. She comes with a very diverse background consisting of experiences in behavioral and mental health, home health and hospice, customer service, scheduling (10 years), and nursing (she was a CNA for over 20 years!). Melissa and her family are from Westmoreland County.

Fun Fact(s) About Melissa: She says that her family is the most important thing in her life which includes her German Shepherd, Diesel. She loves camping with them! Melissa never takes life for granted, and commits to living each day happy.
