Michele says that scheduling “fell into her lap” over 20 years ago, and she has never looked back! Working previously for companies providing medical administration, home nursing, and behavioral health, she came to ATS in September 2018. She wanted to enhance her skills even further and she identified with the dedication and compassion of our team. Staffing and scheduling to her is like a puzzle, and she loves watching those pieces fall in place (because that means children and families get what they need).

Michele looked forward to growing into a leadership role at ATS, and as of June 2020, she accomplished that goal as she became our Scheduling Supervisor. In Spring 2024, she was promoted to the Director of Scheduling.

Michele, her two cute as a button babies (whom she loves getting kisses from!) and their dogs, Mia Sparkles and Hank the Tank, live in Allegheny County, PA.

Fun Fact(s) About Michele: Michele loves baking cookies and pies … for everyone else! She also loves to save any plant she can from the clearance rack at every store she goes too!
