Michelle comes to ATS with six years of experience in human resources (HR) through several different sectors, including manufacturing and health care. Prior to working in HR, she spent five years working in behavioral health in a variety of positions including adult behavioral health case management, birth to age three early intervention service coordination, and community school drug and alcohol education.

One of the greatest accomplishments for her has been seeing the clients and employees she has worked with succeed and meet their goals. Michelle lives in Indiana County, PA with her husband and their dog, Diesel.

Fun Fact(s) About Michelle: Michelle spends her free time crafting. Rustic decor is her favorite thing to make and design. She loves country music, a good book, and anything Pioneer Woman. Michelle believes nothing goes better together than a perfect fall day and a latte.
