Rachel Muggli joined ATS’s Billing Team in November 2021 as a Billing Specialist. She obtained an associates degree from the ICM School of Business in computer management and networking. She was a computer programmer for many years, but while working within an IT role in the healthcare industry, she dove into in medical billing. After the birth of her first child, she started doing medical billing from home, and had done so for over fifteen years until finally landing here at ATS! Rachel grew up in Westmoreland County and is Norwin “born and raised.” She, her husband, daughters Brooke (who has a cool palindrome birthday) and Bridget, a Boxer dog named Sugar, and two kitties, Gia and Candy, all reside in the area.

Fun Fact(s) About Rachel: She loves the brand Hello Kitty, loves a good contest (she once won 20,000 points at Dave and Busters), and shares the same birthday as our President/CEO, Rick Murray!
