Rebecca (Becca) started at SpectroDolce in December 2021 as a job coach. She became a member at the ATS family in September 2024 with her SpectroDolce colleagues. She holds an associate's degree in applied science (social work), and is pursuing (though on a short break) her bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Previously, Becca was an optician. She discovered that she wanted to help others in a different way, so she attended school, landed a role at Progress City as a job coach, then became a Community Support Specialist. She grew in that role, and was promoted to School Based Service Coordinator. She is now SpectroDolce's Workplace and Educational Experience Coordinator, where she ensures that Individualized Work Plans, assessments, and goals are documented for each associate; and guides coaching responsibilities to these priorities (among many other tasks). In the past, Becca was the leader of her school's Social Work/Humanitarian Club where she organized and assisted in volunteer opportunities within the community. Becca, Arthur, Abbigail, Mac (dog), and Peaches (Crested Gecko), live in Penn Trafford in Westmoreland County, an area she has lived in since kindergarten.
Fun Fact(s) About Becca: She can make a train noise with just using her hands! Art is a passion of hers, mostly consisting of free hand drawing and painting. Fishing is what her family is typically up to on the weekends, and/or doing anything outdoors together.
