Ryan Saunders came to ATS in August 2021 with over fourteen years of experience in home care operations. She has worked in all levels of operations, with extensive knowledge in recruitment, sales, marketing, regulations, and audits. Her passion is working with people. She enjoys getting to know those she works with, because, to her, relationships matter. Ryan is excited to help ATS grow, and looks forward to tackling the recruiting efforts! In her personal life, Ryan is married, lives in Western PA, and has a fourteen-year-old step-daughter. She graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelors in gerontology. She has a masters degree from the same school in Organizational Leadership.
