Shaina joined the ATS team in June 2021. Shaina started as a Behavior Health Technician in the field and continued on to become a Registered Behavior Technician. She says, “to see the clients happy and exceed their goals is the biggest reward I could ask for!” Shaina was given a wonderful opportunity to work in the Front Office as well as become a fill-in RBT for the clients in the Center for Achievement. She loves organizing, spending time with family and friends, cuddling up on the couch and watching TV shows (of course!) and simply making others happy.

She was promoted to the role of Executive Assistant in May 2023. Shaina plans to continue her ATS journey and see what the future holds! Shaina resides in Westmoreland City, PA, and has an adorable puppy named Kash.

Fun Fact(s) About Shaina: Shaina has five siblings and claims her life has never been boring. She is beyond grateful for her younger sister, Elle, who she calls her “built-in best friend.” When she isn’t working, Shaina is spending time with friends and family.
