Shaina joined the ATS team in June 2021, starting as a Behavioral Health Technician in the field and advancing to become a Registered Behavior Technician. She says, “To see the clients happy and exceed their goals is the biggest reward I could ask for!” Shaina was later given the wonderful opportunity to work in the Front Office while also serving as a fill-in RBT for clients in the Center for Achievement.

In May 2023, Shaina stepped into a new role as Executive Assistant, where she continues to bring organization, positivity, and efficiency to the team. Outside of work, she recently discovered a love for reading and can often be found getting lost in a good book. She shares her home in Irwin, PA, with her two adorable pups, Kash and Gus, who keep her very busy.

Fun Fact(s) About Shaina: Shaina comes from a family of five siblings and claims her life has never been boring. She is beyond grateful for her younger sister, Elle, who she calls her “built-in best friend.” When she’s not working, Shaina loves spending time with friends and family, cuddling up with a book, walking her dogs, binge-watching her favorite shows (of course!), and enjoying country concerts in the summer.
