Amanda joined the ATS team as the Treatment Integrity and Outcome Analyst in June 2022. She works with clinical staff to assure the success of those served at the Center for Achievement in Irwin, PA. She has spent her 20+ year career in Applied Behavior Analysis helping people gain independence and fulfillment, in whatever form is right for them. She's provided services to learners of all ages with many different diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, attachment disorders, mental health diagnoses and traumatic brain injury. Her experience in a multitude of settings has helped her to understand how to give learners the tools they need to thrive in the present and to also succeed in the future. She is staunchly committed to the rights and dignity of all people; serving on her Local and then Regional Human Rights Committee for the eight years prior to moving to PA, most recently as Chair. Amanda is passionate about growth and is grateful to be of service wherever she can -- whether it be teaching children, working with families, training staff or volunteering in the community. She recently moved to PA and lives in Allegheny County with her oh so fluffy kitty, Reilly.  

Fun Fact(s) About Amanda: Amanda is a certified laughter yoga instructor. She is an indoor and outdoor gardener. In the summer, she swims and kayaks at every opportunity; her gear is always in the car and ready to go!
