Andie joined the ATS team in 2024, bringing 14 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities to include the last four years working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She came to ATS because she’s in alignment with the company’s values and prioritization of  a “people matter” mentality. Teaching early communication skills, social skills, and providing support to caregivers are some of Andie’s work interests. She also enjoys supporting and mentoring others toward alignment with their own values and goals. 

Andie grew up in Canandaigua, NY, spent a few years living in Harrisburg, PA and now lives with her husband in Slippery Rock, PA. She enjoys all things Moraine State Park; to include hiking with her Vizsla, Kallie, riding her gravel bike and learning to paddleboard.

Fun Fact about Andie: Her first time in an airplane, she jumped out! Her second time in an airplane, she flew to France.
