Cydny began her career as a special education teacher and completed her master’s degree in Leadership in Teaching/Administration before discovering her professional home in behavior analysis. She is deeply committed to improving outcomes—and thereby quality of life—for the people and animals she serves.
Cydny has been a credentialed behavior analyst since 2018 and serves as the Clinical Director of ABA Services for staff in Baltimore, Harford, Howard, and Cecil counties in Maryland. She has over 20 years of experience in special education and ABA, with clinical interests in early intervention, verbal behavior, human-animal interactions, and applying the science of behavior analysis to enhance the well-being of both human and non-human animals.
Fun Fact(s) About Cydny: In 2022, Cydny presented a poster at the Maryland Behavior Analysis (MABA) Conference on reported client and animal concerns in home health care settings and continues to work on developing resources for providers in that area. In addition to her work with children diagnosed with autism and her passion for teaching communication and life skills, Cydny is the founder and CEO of a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization.
