Bidemi joined ATS in September 2017 with a wealth of knowledge gathered in the field serving in different capacities during her career. She began as a Behavior Data Specialist at Kennedy Krieger’s neurobehavioral unit in 2013. After graduating with her masters degree in ABA in Alabama, she became a Behavior Associate and then a Behavior Analyst after receiving her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015. In this role, she began serving individuals with developmental disabilities on a campus that contained an elementary school, along with some day and residential programs. In this role, she was able to work closely with teachers and residential coordinators to provide training and monitor ABA programs and classrooms across the campus.
Bidemi moved to Maryland in 2015 to be closer to her family and continue her work as a Behavior Consultant providing in-home training, support and supervision to staff and families of children diagnosed with autism. Bidemi is passionate about making meaningful impact through teaching functional communication, behavior reduction, mentorship and encouraging caregiver participation in the treatment process. She has been able to pursue her passion and grow with ATS since its inception being the second Behavior Consultant for the company and working to contribute to ATS’s mission of passionately cultivating and inspiring growth. She encourages those she collaborates with in her role. In March 2020, Bidemi was promoted to Clinical Supervisor and then to Clinical Director this summer.
In her role as the Clinical Director of ABA Services, Bidemi supervises a caseload of consumers, supports and provides mentorship for the BCBAs and RBTs in several counties in Maryland. Bidemi lives in Prince George's County, MD.
